Inter-European VAT is included in prices for VAT rateable goods sent to E.C. citizens. You will have no further customs charges to pay. If you reside in greater Europe (outside the EEC) allow 10-14 days delivery. VAT charges will be deducted from non-EEC European sales. All orders will be accompanied with a detailed receipt showing break-down of costs, carriage and vat components.

Delivery effected within 7-10 days depending upon overal weight of your order and necessary shipment routing. The prices shown in this website include VAT where necessary but some items (ie. books and some herbs) are not rated for VAT. As a non-EEC citizen you will not be charged any VAT and the receipt included with your order will show exact figures for carriage, vat and prices so you can see where your remittance went. You will always pay the same basic price for the goods as anyone else no more-no less. Carriage savings may occur occasionally on multiple-item orders which include lighter than average items (e.g. jewellery). If you pay by credit card you will always be charged the exact end-cost even if that is cheaper than you had anticipated. If you have paid by a fixed total method (i.e. bankers' cheque) then these surpluses will, of course, be credited to your account.
