Your guarantee of excellent service
(i) CONFIDENTIALITY: Your confidentiality will always be sincerely respected. We will not copy, trade or transfer any personal information outside of the S.A. All records are kept to an absolute minimum - all else shredded for security. We are registered under and conform with the Data Protection Act . The minimal records of any sales are stored encrypted on stand-alone computers which are inaccessible to hackers and unauthorised personnel. Only a small trusted and bonded staff are employed. We do not use agents and we don't contract out; we do not redirect your calls to call-centres for strangers to handle. We don't out-source to packers and mailers. We do not dropship or pass your details onto any third parties. Everything is kept in-house and under our direct control so nothing can go wrong. We have a thirty year track record of NOT compromising anyone's confidentialities and we deal with some very important people. All goods are despatched to you in plain wrapping without our trading names,logos or adverts. Nobody will know who has sent you the parcel or what is in it.
(ii) PRICES: Prices shown on this website are guaranteed. Order with confidence. If there are intermediate price rises in the offing you still get what you ordered at the website price. We will honour the prices shown on our website at all times (excluding typos). We will never be knowingly undersold. If within 14 days of purchase you find the exact same item offered cheaper anywhere else let us have details and we will credit you with the difference. If you see an item/book offered cheaper anywhere else and would prefer to buy from us let us have the details of the offer and we will match or beat that price. (prices comparisons must of course include post and packing costs if relevant)
(iii) ADVERTISING: We will not automatically put you on a mailing file. We will not send you either by post nor by mail any news-sheets or other advertising literature unless you positively request it. We will not sell or pass your name and address details to any other company. If after requesting updates and news of special offers you decide not to continue we will immediately remove your address from our file. It's not in our interests to antagonise clients and mailing out costs a lot so there's no point in wasting resources by sending to people who don't want it.
(iv) COMPLAINTS: Truthfully, we get very, very few of these and those which do occur from time to time tend to be misunderstandings caused by a lack of communication which are soon put right. . We do our job exceedingly well and conscientiously but if problems do arise or you have any difficulties or are dissatisfied in any way just email the boss:
