We apologise to clients for the complexity of the next-day service and the punitive prices which are imposed upon us by the carriers and passed on to them by us on your behalf. This situation is being generated of course by the carving-up of the British Postal Services ready for privatisation. You do get an excellent service but have to pay through the nose for it. Past government assurances that people in outlying/rural areas will not be prejudiced against are becoming more and more threadbare.
