No imperceptibles here - What You See Is What You Get
This is an example of our totally transparent accounting. It is an actual receipt relating to an order sent to a regular client in the U.S.A. To avoid any possibility of identification it is years old - hence prices are currently different (don't write and tell us!) This example is being used to illustrate the detail which we provide you with when you order. You know exactly where your money went and every penny is accounted for. All part of the S.A.'s legendary fair-deal policy.
This example is an export order and so Value Added Tax (VAT) is deducted where necessary. Note that this customer has outstanding credit to cover a future sale. If he had ordered by credit card the accounting would have been exact to £101.85. Note also that we only ever charge our clients exactly what it costs to ship - we do not make profit on carriage.
Customers who reside within the EEC (including UK) get a similarly detailed receipt but of course have to pay the VAT. You don't have to calculate for this. If items are vat rated (some are not) it is already included in the prices shown in our lists. Just fill out the order form using the prices as shown and we will do the computations if you are ordering from outside the UK.
