FOR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOUGHT BEFORE AND WANT TO BUY AGAIN USING THE SAME CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

Note:  If you have already purchased direct from us  using  this credit / debit card and want to use the same card again** then you need not fill in and send us all the details. Just fill in (1), (2) (3) and (10) below then put the last four digits of your card number in section (4) to denote which of your cards you want us to use (some people use several cards with us).

(2) Address:  The Address where the Card is registered (.i.e. where statements are sent by the card account company). Please make sure that you include the number of your flat/apartment (if any) and the number of your house/ building (if any)  exactly as it appears on your card statement because those numbers will be used as a cross-check by the card companies when authorising.  Please Double check that your Postcode/ZIP is accurate.  The card company will cross-check this too.

(8) Card Security Code: Please enter the 3 digit security code from the signiature strip on the back of  your card.  On most cards the numbers will look something like this:  1234   567 .    It is the 3 digit code (in this example 567) that we require.

(9) The Type of card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron, Connect etc.,)

Conditions:  

(1) We will fulfill the order using items from our stock at their regular published prices, in the quantities you have stipulated.

(2) Ambiguities:  We will send the exact or nearest equivalent items at our discretion.  For example, if you are ordering speculatively - that is, giving a list of items required for a spell from a book without checking our stock lists first, then you'll get the nearest equivalent items at  our discretion. Example: If you ask for 7 inch blue magick candles you will get 8 inch blue Magick candles [because we don't sell 7 inch candles!].  If you ask for a bottle of Magical Oil for protection we will choose the best oil and the regular quantity it is sold in.  If you stipulate the stockcode and quantity as in our lists you will of course be sent exactly that.  We will not of course make direct substitutions nor change your order radically without consulting you for permission first.

(3) Returns:  WEDEFYO means you trust us to Do Everything For You and is designed to simplify things for busy clients who trust our intentions.  Any returns or exchanges resulting from you not specifying exactly what you require will be charged  a £5.00 returns fee.  Example:  If a client orders simply ' Aniseed Oil'  we could at our discretion send him/her either Aniseed Oil Chinese Star H30, OR  Aniseed Oil H11 and if it isn't the one he wants then he will be charged a £5.00 returns fee to exchange it for the other type. (4)  If you leave off quantities we will send our standard pack quantities as published in our lists. If you order something which we do not stock we will fulfil the rest of the order swiftly and advise as to where and how to obtain it.

**  You can only use this wedefyo orderform if we already have your card details in our records.   If you have previously ordered  from us using your card to pay through the Paypal system we will not have your card details because Paypal do not reveal them to us.    We have for decades processed credit card transactions direct but some first-time customers prefer to use their card through the Paypal system when on the internet.   If you want to use your card with us direct then you should, in the first instance, fill in ALL the details asked for above and post, fax, telephone  it through, or encrypt this filled page and email to us.  Once you have lodged your card details with us you can then order using this wedefyo form and need only give the first four numbers of your card

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENT .

You can use PayPal's High Security Card Handling System. (Note: Paypal will automatically compute the U.K. price into your home currency for you.)

  For multiple item orders which you want to pay for using ANY credit or Debit card  via Paypal's  High Security Card Handling System:-  Can be used by anyone anywhere whether or not you have Paypal membership.  Whether you live in the U.K. or Overseas please compile your order, add up the total,  (Prices on the website include postage and packing for the U.K. Add 15% extra to your total for airmail to European destinations or 25% extra for swift airmail to the U.S.A. and Rest of The World). Then click this One Pound Unit button (above left) to move to the Paypal Shopping Cart System. Enter the quantity of pounds which equates with the total of money you want to send. (e.g. if the total of your order is £64.77 then enter 65 in the quantity box -we will refund or credit the extra 23p).  Then copy and paste this orderform into an email, fill it in (less your card number) and send to     

As soon as Paypal transfer the money (usually the same day) we will confirm despatch of your goods by email.  It's very quick and efficient.

SSL ENCRYPTION:  Please Note:  Some web browsers with security set to a high level may show a warning that data is being sent unsecured when you press our Paypal Buttons.   This over-sensitivity relates only to the initial handshaking (wake-up call to Paypal) which does not contain  any confidential information.  Click accept/continue.  As soon as the Paypal page opens secure SSL is invoked (as you will see from the status bar on your browser) and you can be sure that any information you enter will be securely encrypted at the highest industry standard.
