Using our on-line buy-now buttons is simple and quick and is the usual way to go; but there may be some instances where you want to order 'informally' off-the-cuff, to use outstanding credit in your account or perhaps pay for special orders for bespoke items or things not in our website and trust us to do the organising for you. If you have already purchased direct from us using this credit / debit card (that is have telephoned or mailed your card details to us in an earlier order) and want to use the same card again then just Click on the link below for a secure on-line form to fill in.
Please note that when you fill in the Estimated Total of your order in the Wedefyo Order Form you should give a rounded-up figure. For example if you think your order will be around £20.00 put a somewhat larger figure, say £25.00 to cover for all eventualities. Note that we will obviously only charge you our regular published prices for the goods and quantities you require! This Estimated Total figure is simply to cap your order.

Conditions:(1) We will fulfill the order using items from our stock at their regular published prices, in the quantities you have stipulated. (2) Ambiguities: We will send the exact or nearest equivalent items at our discretion. For example, if you are ordering speculatively - that is, giving a list of items required for a spell from a book without checking our stock lists first, then you'll get the nearest equivalent items at our discretion. Example: If you ask for 7 inch blue magick candles you will get 8 inch blue Magick candles [because we don't sell 7 inch candles!]. If you ask for a bottle of Magical Oil for protection we will choose the best oil and the regular quantity it is sold in. If you stipulate the stockcode and quantity as in our lists you will of course be sent exactly that. We will not of course make direct substitutions nor change your order radically without consulting you for permission first. (3) Returns: WEDEFYO means you trust us to Do Everything For You and is designed to simplify things for busy clients who trust our intentions. Any returns or exchanges resulting from you not specifying exactly what you require will be charged a £5.00 returns fee. Example: If a client orders simply ' Aniseed Oil' we could at our discretion send him/her either Aniseed Oil Chinese Star H30, OR Aniseed Oil H11 and if it isn't the one he wants then he will be charged a £5.00 returns fee to exchange it for the other type. (If the WEDEFYO order is from overseas the returns fee is £10.00) If you do not want to trust our discretion, then revert to using our regular order form on: www.sorcerers-apprentice.co.uk/orderfor.htm (4) If you leave off quantities we will send our standard pack quantities as published in our lists. If you order something which we do not stock we will fulfil the rest of the order swiftly and advise as to where and how to obtain it.

** The Wedefyo system was designed to make it easy for regular clients to quickly email in their orders. If you order using our on-line buy-now buttons on the website then Paypal handle your order using the highest industry encryption techniques to guarantee security. However some regular clients prefer to email through their orders and the Wedefyo form above makes it easier to order whilst protecting your data. You can only use this wedefyo orderform if we already have your card details in our records; that is, if you ordered by post or telephone in the recent past. If you have previously ordered from our website we will not have your card details because Paypal do not reveal them to us. We have for decades processed credit card transactions direct for posted-in and telephoned-in orders but Paypal always handle our on-line transactions on our behalf. Effectively it doesn't matter to you as your card statement will always show 'S.A. Leeds' and the remittance always comes to us, but if you want to use the Wedefyo form and haven't ordered before by phone or mail then you must establish your card with us by ordering by phone (0113 2451309)or mail in the first instance. Once you have purchased once by telephone or mail then you can order subsequently by email using this Wedefyo form.
